HBC is located two blocks west of Custer Road on the south side of the road. We are two buildings west of Inova Family Physicians, and one block east of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church. We are 2.7 miles west of Central Expressway (U.S. 75) and 4 miles east of the Dallas North Tollway.

Meet Our Support Staff...

Elaine Titus joined HBC in June of 2002 and manages our accounts receivables. Elaine is our liason with insurance company claims departments to assure that your benefits are paid promptly and accurately. She earned her bachelor of arts in psychology from Abilene Christian University. She has two "absolutely beautiful" daughters and two yorkies. She teaches a Bible class at Dawson State Prison weekly, and a single mom's class at her church. Her office is adorned with her home-grown orchids, which she loves to show off to visitors.

Sue Skaarer joined HBC in May 2005, and manages much of the patient-contact duties, setting appointments, greeting arrivals to our office, and confirming the next day's appointments. She is usually the voice you hear when you call our office for the first time. If she doesn't have the answers to your questions, she knows where to get them! She has extensive experience in administration, with previous stints at a public counseling agency, the Allen Independent School District, and with the (dreaded!) truancy courts.
