The Seay Behavioral Center at Texas Health Resource Plano (Presbyterian Hospital) is located on West Parker Road two blocks west of the Dallas North Tollway. The Seay Center serves the mental health needs of adolescents and adults in both inpatient and intensive outpatient programs. Free assessments are available on a walk-in basis.
